Build lasting relationships with guests through trust, communication, and clinical excellence. Contribute to the growth of our multidisciplinary team and help shape the standard of care. Core Responsibilities A. Clinical Excellence Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments tailored to individual needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and movement-based rehabilitation. Maintain accurate charting, assessments, and treatment planning in Jane EMR. Educate guests on injury prevention, recovery strategies, movement habits, and long-term wellness. B. Patient Experience Create a welcoming, professional, and supportive treatment environment. Guide guests through their recovery and wellness journey with clear communication and empathy. Uphold Revibe’s guest-first culture by ensuring each visit feels purposeful and personalized. C. Team & Growth Participate in mentorship sessions, workshops, and team education programs. Collaborate with chiropractors, osteopaths, massage therapists, naturopaths, and performance coaches to optimize guest outcomes. Contribute to clinic initiatives such as community events, wellness programs, and membership integration. D. Operational Excellence Follow all Revibe standards for treatment room setup, cleanliness, and equipment care. Stay compliant with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario regulations and maintain valid professional liability insurance. Support clinic performance through consistent availability, scheduling reliability, and patient retention. What you’ll do
The role involves providing evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments tailored to individual needs while maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, the physiotherapist will create a welcoming environment and guide guests through their recovery journey.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and should be passionate about patient care and rehabilitation. A growth mindset and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team are essential.
