About

Robin Hood Association (RHA) empowers children and adults with developmental disabilities in building lives of connection, purpose, and belonging. Since 1963, we've grown from a small school of 12 students to a vital community organization serving over 700 individuals and families across Sherwood Park, Strathcona County, and Fort Saskatchewan. Our services span early childhood intervention, family support, shared housing, employment preparation, and adult day programs — all delivered by a team of more than 750 skilled and compassionate staff. With six major facilities and a deep commitment to inclusion, we walk alongside the people we serve as they learn, grow, contribute, and thrive — at every stage of life.
