Job summary

The Royal Glenora Club is seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented part-time Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you'll play an important role in providing memorable dining experiences for our members and guests in one of Edmonton's premier private clubs. What You'll Do Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Provide exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with Club service standards. Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently answer questions about menu items, daily features, and beverages. Make recommendations to enhance the member dining experience. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation. Process payments accurately, including cash, debit, and credit card transactions. Set, clear, and reset tables while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure efficient service. Respond promptly and professionally to member requests and resolve concerns when appropriate. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible liquor service standards. What You'll Bring 2 years previous professional serving experience in a restaurant or private club environment is an asset. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and calm demeanour. A positive attitude and a strong team player. Proficient with computer and POS systems. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. ProServe certification is required. A satisfactory security check will be required as a condition of employment. Schedule This position requires availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional serving experience and a ProServe certification. The role requires a positive attitude, ability to multitask in fast-paced environments, and availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
