The Royal Glenora Club is looking for friendly, professional, and service-focused part-time Member Services Representatives to join our team. As the first point of contact at our front desk, greeting members and guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while helping members make the most of everything the Club has to offer. What You'll Do Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Create exceptional member experiences through knowledgeable and personalized service. Serve as the central source of information for Club programs, services, events, and facilities. Assist with program registrations, court bookings, reservations, cancellations, and general member inquiries. Process membership updates and maintain accurate member information. Sell and replenish retail and pro shop merchandise while assisting members with purchases. Answer and direct telephone calls using professional telephone etiquette. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and member messages. Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate. Work collaboratively with all Club departments to ensure seamless member service. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of customer service experience (hospitality, recreation, retail, or similar environments are considered an asset). A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with strong multitasking abilities. Confidence in using computers and learning new software systems. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a team. A satisfactory security check will be required as a condition of employment. Schedule Requirements You will be required to have at least 24 hours per week availability, being flexible to work various shifts, including evenings until midnight, weekends, and holidays.
