Job Description: Pay - $18.95 per hour Job Type - Part Time Location – Mississauga ON, L5N 0A2 WHAT YOU'LL DO: Be a friendly and knowledgeable resource for every customer, answer customer questions, and make product recommendations Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs Share the responsibility of running the store with the manager Manage Kingston race events. Including; managing kit pickup and setting up and taking down race equipment. (A vehicle may be required to transport race equipment). Operate the cash register and use the computer for business tasks and product research Keep the store clean, tidy, and attractive by following merchandising standards WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver a positive experience Experienced Runner with a love of the sport and of the running community Part Time Store Assistant manager up to 20hrs/week. Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running, walking, and fitness environment Love of learning and ability to grasp new concepts and product knowledge quickly Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision Able to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written English Available weekdays and weekends!! Requirements

Candidates should be experienced runners with a passion for the fitness community and the ability to engage confidently with customers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both weekdays and weekends are required.
