Role Description The Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator is a part-time hybrid role based in Squamish, BC, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role coordinates day-to-day customer support interactions, responds to inquiries, and ensures timely resolution of issues across email, phone, and digital channels. The coordinator assists with order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics support to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting administrative tasks, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience. The role also involves gathering feedback, identifying patterns in customer needs, and helping shape best practices to enhance service quality. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with customers. Operations management and administrative assistance skills to support daily workflows, order management, and record keeping. Analytical skills to interpret customer feedback, track metrics, and suggest process improvements. Comfort with digital tools, CRM or helpdesk systems, and standard office software. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a part-time, hybrid environment. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or outdoor gear industries is an asset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, growing team.
