The Sandwich Cultural Council supports and promotes local projects and programs of interest to the residents of Sandwich. Funds are awarded for programs in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences. The Sandwich Cultural Council awards grants to organizations and individuals for the presentation of quality programs in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences. Priority will be given to applications that demonstrate a direct public benefit to the Town of Sandwich. Our goal is to fund a broad range of programs so that all members of our community will find something of interest. We encourage: -proposals from local and area artists, schools, nonprofits, and local organizations; -programs/projects that promote art education; -collaboration between cultural groups and community organizations. Awards may be for full or partial funding of a program/project.
