The Contractor will complete residential and light commercial projects, including various handyman tasks. The Contractor is expected to interact professionally with clients, provide updates on progress, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications Strong carpentry skills with experience in residential or light commercial construction.. Comfortable and safe use of power tools and related equipment. Effective use of hand tools with attention to precision and workmanship. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Reliable own transportation and tools.
