About You In addition to placing a high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring: High School / GED completion Minimum 2 years' experience working in a hotel, Retirement Living or hospitality-based position considered an asset Excellent computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office Suite Previous hospitality/customer service experience is an asset, especially with seniors; A friendly outgoing spirit is a definite asset Experience with cash flow Knowledge of Medical Terminology is considered an asset Required to be available for day, evening and weekend shifts as required A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care
