POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Clinical Manager, or designate, the Behavioural Health Consultant (BHC) supports the delivery of Primary Care Services in the Family Physicians office and/or PCN central office setting. The BHC uses clinical processes as a member of, and in collaboration with, the interdisciplinary team, in the delivery of evidence based high quality primary health care services that meet the needs of the patient.
