We Have Opportunities For The Following Part-time Positions Cashier Grocery Clerk Meat/Deli/Bakery Clerk Produce Clerk Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing To join our winning team you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable of our practice of customer friendliness, you will respond to customer’s needs in a helpful and friendly manner. As well it is essential to have the ability to be innovative, creative and able to work in a flexible environment. What You Have To Offer Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Above average communication skills (oral and written) May be required to lift up to 20lbs, stand for long periods of time, and complete physical work including but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching In accordance with relevant Food Safety policies, handle and prepare cold and hot deli products Assist in the increase of store sales by actively promoting products Support and participate in the training of junior staff Order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required Process department shrink Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements Provide customer service to meet customer needs Other duties as required What You Bring To The Table Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Customer service May be required to lift up to 50lbs Two person lift required for weights exceeding 50lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Physical work including; but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching Exposure to varying temperatures over short periods of time Exposure to sanitation and cleaning chemicals Flexible hours and overtime Our affiliate and franchise stores offer teammates competitive total compensation packages that will vary by role, location and store ownership.
