Job summary

What You'll Do; As a Logistics Associate with Team Town Sports, you will be responsible for the receiving, handling, care, and storage of products to ensure that they are ready to serve our customers. Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of warehouse responsibilities. Handle all incoming shipments from third-party distributor and inter-store merchandise transfers. Maintains all warehouse processing and stock areas to ensure they are well organized and that all goods are easily accessible at all times. Performs replenishment functions ensuring all goods are “floor-ready”. Complete picking and packing of customer orders in a timely manner. Communicate status of orders, inquiries, and issues via telephone and electronic messaging. Investigate possible delays in shipments and follow-up with third party logistics providers and open investigations.
