We serve a diverse group of individuals, ranging from participants with developmental disabilities, individuals referred by the courts for diversion services to NEET youth and adults (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).

The Senior Developmental Service Worker will collaborate with transitional aged youth to develop and implement individualized goal plans that foster independent living. They will also provide direct support, crisis intervention, and life skills programming while supervising support staff in a trauma-informed environment.

The Youth Worker maintains a structured, trauma-informed, and safe setting for youth involved in the justice system, providing 24/7 coverage and supporting daily educational needs in partnership with the school board. Responsibilities include direct youth engagement, supporting case management processes, arranging appointments, and participating in the supervision and development of new staff.
