We serve a diverse group of individuals, ranging from participants with developmental disabilities, individuals referred by the courts for diversion services to NEET youth and adults (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).

DS-U26-37 Senior Developmental Service Worker - Part Time

The Senior Developmental Service Worker will collaborate with transitional aged youth to develop and implement individualized goal plans that foster independent living. They will also provide direct support, crisis intervention, and life skills programming while supervising support staff in a trauma-informed environment.

Collaborate with youth with developmental disabilities to create and implement goal plans that foster independence and successful transition to adult living. Provide direct therapeutic support, crisis management, and life skills facilitation while supervising Level 1 and 2 support workers.

The Youth Worker maintains a structured, trauma-informed, and safe setting for youth involved in the justice system, providing 24/7 coverage and supporting daily educational needs in partnership with the school board.
