Your Role We're looking for a casual Retail Sales Assistant to join team in North Sydney, particularly one with a penchant for creative styling, engaging customer service skills and energetic drive to achieve your sales goals. Learn different aspects of store operations and grow your retail career with Vinnies. Your Responsibility Provide excellent customer service Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures Replenish stock on the sales floor Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store. You Will Need Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times Good organisational and time management skills Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets Understanding of fashion and trends. The shop assistant will provide excellent customer service, manage stock replenishment, and assist with visual merchandising. They are also responsible for pricing items and contributing to the store's overall sales targets.

Candidates must possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with an energetic drive to achieve sales goals. Flexibility to work weekends and peak times is required, as is an interest in fashion and trends.
