Job summary
Steady Growth Collective is looking for a part-time ABA therapist / instructor therapist to support home-based sessions in West Brampton. This role may be a good fit for someone who is interested in naturalistic, relationship-based ABA and wants to work closely with a Registered Behaviour Analyst in a supportive, reflective supervision model. About the work: Steady Growth Collective provides home-based therapy and caregiver coaching for children with autism and developmental needs. Sessions are play-based, child-led where appropriate, and focused on communication, engagement, flexibility, daily routines, and meaningful skill development. Location: West Brampton home sessions. Availability needed: I am especially looking for someone with availability during: * Weekends * Evenings * Early weekday mornings around 9:00 AM The person I’m looking for: * Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays * Comfortable providing therapy in family homes * Open to parent presence and caregiver coaching models * Reliable, warm, playful, and flexible * Interested in learning through modelling, feedback, and ongoing supervision * Comfortable with a naturalistic approach rather than only table-based programming * Access to transportation is strongly preferred This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to grow clinically and work closely with an RBA in a smaller, relationship-based practice.
