We are currently seeking Online Instructors for our Health Care Assistant (HCA) Program. Position Details * Location: Online / Remote * Employment Type: Part-Time, Contract * Start Date: August 2026 * Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Compensation * LPN: $34–$38 per hour * RN: $41–$44 per hour Qualifications * Current, unrestricted full registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) * Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners (e.g., completion of a Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent education, or previous teaching experience supported by satisfactory references, performance evaluations, and/or student course evaluations) * Two or more years of full-time Canadian nursing experience (1 year = 1,400 hours), with strong knowledge of the Canadian health care system, the roles and responsibilities of healthcare team members and current policies and procedures within residential and community care settings * Nursing experience must include: * Working with older adults with complex health needs * Experience or orientation (e.g., shadow shifts) in home support and multi-level/complex care * Previous experience teaching and/or studying in an online learning environment; experience using Moodle as a learning management system is preferred OUR CORE VALUES: We are guided by values that shape everything we do: * Connectedness and Inclusivity * Collaboration and Innovation * Accountability and Integrity * Adaptability and Responsiveness * Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Stenberg College is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment where all individuals can thrive. Requirements

Candidates must hold current, unrestricted registration as an LPN, RN, or RPN with the BCCNM and possess at least two years of full-time Canadian nursing experience. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate the ability to teach adult learners and have experience or familiarity with online learning environments.
