Stillwater Women’s Health is a multidisciplinary health centre in Dufferin County designed to bridge the gap between rigorous clinical expertise and holistic, compassionate care. Our mission is to empower people who identify as women through every stage of life, specifically focusing on mental health, menopause, and reproductive health. We are still growing our team, and plan to include: *OHIP covered sexual health (contraceptive advice, IUD and Nexplanon insertions) *OHIP covered Prenatal care and early pregnancy counselling *OHIP covered mental health care (psychotherapy, mindfulness group therapy) *OHIP covered peri-menopause and menopause care *Lactation Consultant *Psychotherapy (group and individual) *Art Therapy *Dietician *Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy *Massage Therapy *Yoga Classes *Group Fitness Classes We are creating a space for women to not only receive excellent health care, but also to gather and experience true community. We will be offering interactive workshops, book clubs, walking groups, and many other special events.
