Gova Plus/Gova Zone Dispatcher Want part-time work, with room for advancement? Are you fluent in both French and English? Enjoy speaking with people? If you answered Yes, then Leuschen Transportation on behalf of GOVA Plus might be the right place for you! We transport community members with various accessibility needs throughout the city every day of the year. We are looking for a part-time dispatcher to join our GOVA Plus team evenings, weekends, holidays, and some day shifts commencing immediately. We are looking for new and experienced Dispatchers. Dispatchers are responsible for helping Gova Plus/Zone clients receive impeccable customer service by assisting in route planning and booking rides using the preferred applications. What We Offer * $24.95 per hour * Evenings, weekends, holiday work What You Bring to the Job? * High school graduate * Excellent customer service * Professional and effective communication in both English and French (oral and written) * Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office * Work well independently and with others * Possess good geographic knowledge of Greater Sudbury * Be knowledgeable in applicable laws and regulations * Proven organizational, time-management and motivational skills * Effective critical thinking skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment * Criminal check/vulnerable sector screening required Leuschen Transportation, a division of Student Transportation of Canada is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
