Summit Community Services Society is dedicated to promoting community well-being by providing quality, accessible, client-centred support and intervention services in a respectful manner, childcare services, and support programs for seniors and other populations with under-served needs.

The worker assists in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children while ensuring a safe, clean, and nutritious environment. They are also responsible for maintaining positive communication with parents and assisting the daycare manager with facility maintenance.

Provide one-on-one and group clinical counselling to men who have experienced or used abusive behaviours. Lead group sessions on healthy relationships and accountability while engaging in community outreach to raise program awareness.
