Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Markham, ON. The Sales Representative will manage the sales process from initial inquiry through installation, including responding to leads, conducting on-site consultations, and preparing quotations for residential customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, explaining the benefits of security, sun control, and frosted window films, and recommending appropriate products and configurations. The role involves following up on prospects, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with installation teams to ensure accurate orders and smooth project scheduling. The Sales Representative will also support local marketing initiatives, maintain product knowledge, and track sales activities using company tools and processes. Qualifications Sales and customer service skills, including experience handling inquiries, building relationships, and closing residential sales. Ability to conduct on-site assessments, understand basic measurements, and translate customer requirements into appropriate film solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills to explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally. Basic computer literacy for using CRM or sales tracking tools, email, and productivity software. High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail in managing appointments, quotes, and follow-ups. Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing environment, including traveling locally to homes and residential buildings. Prior experience in home services, construction trades, or building materials sales is an asset but not required. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for local client visits. Willingness to learn product specifications, safety considerations, and installation processes related to window films.
