What You’ll Do: • Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards • Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements • Record production quantities and food safety temperatures • Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations • Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas • Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines • Support dishwashing and dining service as needed • Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator You help create an enjoyable dining experience while ensuring safety and compliance.
