What You’ll Do: • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders • Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration • Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time • Observe residents during and after medication passes • Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief • Report refusals or concerns promptly • Complete narcotic counts per policy • Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms • Follow infection control and safety standards You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance. What We’re Looking For: • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ • Medication Administration certification • CPR and First Aid certification • Strong documentation and communication skills • Senior care experience preferred Medication Aide / Med Tech – Deliver Safe, Accurate Medication Care for Our Residents Medication Aide | Med Tech | Medication Technician | Medication Administration | Senior Living | Resident Care Pay Range: 20.40 - 25.55 Employment Information This position is subject to applicable provincial employment standards. What you’ll do

Administer medications and treatments to residents following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration. Maintain accurate real-time documentation in MAR/TAR and monitor residents for symptom relief and health changes.

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and certifications in Medication Administration, CPR, and First Aid. Experience in senior care is preferred.
