As a Concierge, you create the first impression of Sunrise—welcoming residents, families, and visitors while ensuring a warm, safe, and organized community experience. What You’ll Do: • Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth • Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages • Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries • Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials • Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area • Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry • Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters • Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures • Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks You serve as the face of the community—ensuring every interaction reflects Sunrise’s hospitality and service standards. What We’re Looking For: • High School Diploma/GED • Strong customer service and communication skills • Organized with excellent time management and follow-through • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with Purpose Front Desk Concierge | Senior Living Administration PAY RANGE: 24.34 - 30.43 EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION This position is subject to applicable provincial employment standards.
