We are hiring Canvassers to represent well-known nonprofit organizations, including Save the Children, Red Cross, and UNICEF, through face-to-face fundraising on streets, in malls, on plazas, and at retail locations across Metro Vancouver. No experience required — we provide full training and support. This role is perfect for people who enjoy: Meeting new people every day Travelling to different fundraising locations Supporting meaningful humanitarian causes Working in a fun, social, and active environment Building communication and leadership skills Travel & Schedule Daily travel to fundraising locations across Surrey, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, and Downtown Vancouver Work takes place at streets, malls, plazas, and retail stores Shifts run Tuesday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM Shifts are 7 hours long Minimum availability required: 4 days per week Pay & Benefits ✅ $19/hour guaranteed starting pay ✅ $20/hour after training(10 shifts) and performance review (commission and bonuses in addition to base pay) ✅ Paid training and coaching ✅ Fun and supportive team environment How Top Earners Do It The base pay is guaranteed no matter what — but our best canvassers consistently take home significantly more thanks to commission and bonuses.
