Pay range 18.74 - 22.49 Hourly with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position. You will provide extraordinary service to customers by guiding them through the brand experience and sharing styling tips. Additionally, you will be responsible for showcasing products and creating emotional connections to meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for fashion and luxury brands with a customer-oriented mindset. Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred, along with a target-driven attitude and excellent communication skills.
