We are onboarding 70 doctoral-level Psychologists (PhD/PsyD) who are native or bilingual speakers of Cantonese and English. In this role, you will audit nuanced psychological case studies, evaluate ethical boundaries and clinical safety guardrails in AI dialogues, and design culturally grounded behavioral scenarios representing Cantonese-speaking populations (Hong Kong, Guangdong, and global diaspora communities). The Breakdown Role: Bilingual Cantonese Psychologist (PhD) — Clinical & Ethical AI Evaluation Compensation: $100 – $200 / hour (Contractor) Openings: 70 seats available immediately Commitment: Flexible contractor hours (Fits alongside clinical practice or academic research) Location: 100% Remote (Global) Core Qualifications: PhD in Psychology, Native/Near-Native Cantonese & English, Clinical Ethics, Case Study Design What You'll Do Audit and evaluate conversational AI dialogues addressing emotional vulnerability, mental health distress, and interpersonal dynamics in Cantonese and English. Detect clinical inaccuracies, boundary violations, inappropriate therapeutic suggestions, or ethical breaches in model-generated interactions. Author culturally sensitive psychological scenarios, vignettes, and diagnostic benchmark tests reflecting Cantonese cultural norms, idioms, and relational values. Translate and cross-evaluate complex clinical assessments between Cantonese and English without loss of psychological fidelity. Document structured clinical rationales and grading feedback to train next-generation empathetic foundation models. What You Need PhD or PsyD in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, Health, or Behavioral Psychology). Native or near-native fluency in Cantonese and English, with the ability to navigate clinical and diagnostic terminology across both languages. Demonstrated experience in clinical practice, psychological assessment, or academic research. Strong grounding in professional clinical ethics and ethical decision-making frameworks. Excellent written communication skills and comfort with remote, asynchronous documentation workflows. With 70 seats open globally at this compensation band, evaluations are proceeding on a rolling basis.
