We are looking for domain experts to assess the AI's "visual document understanding" and instruction-following capabilities within the Electrical & Electronics sector. You will be helping to train AI on how to correctly interpret complex circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, hardware blueprints, and technical documentation. 💰 Compensation & Structure 🔹 Rate: $75 USD per hour. 🔹 Format: 100% Remote, independent contractor role. 🔹 Commitment: Part-time, flexible scheduling requiring 15–20 hours per week (work on your own schedule). 🔹 Payments: Processed weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. 🎯 Core Responsibilities Evaluate and benchmark AI models on their visual document understanding of complex electrical and electronic engineering materials. Author highly technical, deeply grounded tasks based on real-world industry scenarios. Establish clear, factual "ground-truth" outputs for AI responses. Develop strictly objective rubrics to score model accuracy, logical reasoning, and instruction-following capabilities. ✅ Strict Eligibility & Profile Requirements ✔️ Operational Location: Candidates must be currently located in the United States 🇺🇸 or Canada 🇨🇦. ✔️ Domain Expertise: Strong professional background or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Hardware Design, or a closely related field. ✔️ Analytical Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to create structured, highly objective technical grading criteria. ✔️ Contractual Restrictions: We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
