We do it all and we put each person at the centre of their journey to better health. Tall Tree took root in 2015 as a small group of healthcare nerds in Victoria, BC. We saw a better future for the healthcare system and were driven to set a new standard for our patients and professions. Years later, we’re a community of over 100 clinicians (with a handful of clinics across Greater Victoria and Vancouver). The one thing that hasn’t changed since 2015? We’re still just as nerdy about healthcare as we were when we first started. Every day we raise the bar on what it means to develop exceptional clinicians and deliver exceptional care. The Care Navigator acts as the primary point of contact for patients, managing their healthcare journey by matching them with appropriate clinicians and services. They also handle essential administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, invoicing, and supporting clinicians with treatment plans.

Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for injured workers referred through WorkSafeBC. Prepare evidence-based reports and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return-to-work planning.

Conduct clinical assessments and evidence-informed treatments for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and trauma. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists to develop integrated care plans.
