Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role at Teaminix is a part-time, remote position focused on driving brand awareness and lead generation in the security services technology market. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search, while ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging. The specialist will monitor and analyze web and campaign performance data, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements based on key metrics. This role also involves managing social media accounts, creating content tailored to security industry audiences, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with product positioning, and supporting online initiatives that strengthen Teaminix’s market presence. Qualifications Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns. Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, publishing, and audience engagement across major platforms. Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights. Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and external messaging. Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools, and familiarity with SEO and basic PPC principles. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule. Background in B2B or SaaS marketing is beneficial; understanding of the security services industry is a plus. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
