The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient execution of banquet and catering events. This includes setting up rooms, serving food and beverages, and maintaining service areas according to hotel standards.

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for sorting, washing, drying, and pressing hotel linens while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. They must also assist with inventory management and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
