We are looking for part-time seasonal Line Cooks to join our Culinary team for the remainder of the 2026 Golf Season. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that meet or exceed member expectations. You will work alongside a dedicated kitchen team to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Responsibilities: * Prepare and present high-quality menu items, daily specials, and promotions while following recipes, cooking techniques, and plating standards * Ensure all ingredients, tools, and equipment are properly prepared and ready for service to keep kitchen operations running smoothly and efficiently * Monitor product levels, assist with inventory and ordering, and help ensure the On-Course team has the food, supplies, and equipment needed for service * Work efficiently and maintain a positive, energetic pace during busy service periods while completing tasks accurately and consistently * Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team, communicating effectively and supporting your teammates to create a seamless experience for members and guests Qualifications: * At least 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen environment, with experience in an elevated dining setting considered a strong asset * Strong foundational cooking skills, including preparing soups, sauces, and stocks from scratch, as well as cooking meat, fish, and vegetables * Alberta Food Safety Basics certificate and working knowledge of food allergies and dietary requirements to prepare food safely and appropriately * Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including recipes, prep lists, service direction, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements * Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, honesty, and integrity * Ability to stand and walk comfortably for the duration of the shift, with the capacity to repetitively lift, carry, and move supplies weighing up to 50 lbs * Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our location Why choose us: * An inclusive and diverse working environment highlighted by creativity and collaboration, featuring top industry leaders * Numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth including training and development * Delicious, fulsome employee meals prepared daily * Employee referral program that rewards the additional talent you bring * Numerous employee recognition programs to reward you for your incredible efforts Additional Details: These are part-time positions that report to the Executive Chef. Successful candidates will be required to work through to the end of the Golf Season (typically mid October) with the potential to extend depending on business requirements. You will be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required. Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check as well as a Respect in the Workplace certification prior to commencing employment.
