Introduction The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organized weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while keeping our showroom running smoothly. You’ll take pride in delivering an exceptional experience to visitors, staying organized, and ensuring every interaction reflects our strong commitment to our customers. Schedule: This is a part-time, permanent role of 15-20 hours per week. Pay Range: $19 per hour, depending on experience. This role reports to the Office Manager of the dealership. Learn more about us here: https://www.jpautogroup.com/dealership/about.htm Key Responsibilities Greet all visitors entering the showroom, promptly answer inquiries, and introduce visitors to their host Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls on a multiline phone system Welcome and serve customers in the lounge areas Maintain a tidy workspace and stocked customer lounge (coffee station, kids station) Handle and process payments from customers Stock in vehicles, and assist the Sales Dept with vehicle inventory control Book service appointments in the software system Distribute incoming mail Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information Participate in maintaining a supportive and fun working environment Other administrative duties as assigned Key Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset, including experience with CDK or One-Eighty software Previous experience operating a multiline phone system is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Good data entry skills, with strong accuracy Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and dependable Good written and spoken communication skills Ability to interact professionally with others What We Offer Competitive wages Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and insurance Unlimited opportunities for advancement, growth, and development Access to exclusive corporate discount programs Recognition and rewards programs A great team atmosphere and a positive, supportive working environment How to Apply If this sounds like a great fit, please apply with your resume today!
