About The Monarch Institute for Neurological Differences The Monarch School is the cornerstone program of the Monarch Institute for Neurological Differences which also includes The Monarch Diagnostic Clinic, Therapy Services, Training Center, Transition Services, and the Replication Program. All are located at the new John M. O’Quinn Campus. Tuesday Tours The Monarch Institute, John M. O’Quinn Campus is located on an 11-acre site in the heart of Spring Branch, in Northwest Houston. The Licensed School Psychologist coordinates therapeutic programs, oversees the Four Core Goals assessment process, and provides clinical support to faculty and students. They also collaborate with leadership to implement evidence-based interventions and manage therapeutic services across the school's levels of care.
