We?re all about killer tacos, great drinks, loud laughs, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors has a damn good time. What You?ll Be Doing * Keeping dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment sparkling clean * Keeping the dish pit organized and running smoothly during busy services * Putting clean dishes and equipment back where they belong * Helping keep the kitchen clean, safe, and ready for action * Taking care of garbage, recycling, and general kitchen cleanup * Jumping in to help the kitchen team when needed * Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards * Being the kind of teammate everyone wants beside them on a slammed Saturday night What We?re Looking For You don?t need a fancy résumé or years of experience. We?re looking for someone who: * Shows up on time and ready to work * Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude * Can work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Isn?t afraid of a little heat, water, or organized chaos * Can work independently while still being part of the team * Is available for evenings, weekends, and holidays * Can safely lift and carry kitchen supplies, dishes, and equipment * Restaurant experience is great, but *we?re happy to train the right person* Why Work at The Mule?
