Basic Requirements Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from a recognized university; Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiology of Ontario; One year of related experience; Experience developing and coordinating individualized programs focused on injury prevention, functional recovery and return to work; Experience writing reports; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and constantly shifting priorities; Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in adult population rehabilitation Experience working in interdisciplinary teams Experience working with WSIB/third party patients Proficiency in English and French oral expression (level 4 - advanced) and comprehension (level 4 - advanced). The Ottawa Hospital uses a 5-level language proficiency scale to define the required level of language skills in English and in French for positions at the Hospital, and to evaluate job candidate language skills. Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and be registered with the College of Kinesiology of Ontario. At least one year of related experience is required, with a preference for those experienced in adult rehabilitation and bilingualism in English and French.
