The Assistant Building Operator is responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of residential properties, including minor repairs and unit turnovers. They also manage building inspections, preventative maintenance schedules, and administrative tasks such as budget preparation and invoice verification. Candidates must have relevant post-secondary education and at least three years of experience with HVAC, BAS, and FAS systems in residential complexes. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to perform maintenance tasks are also required.
