Job summary

* Location: Brantford, ON, Canada * Job Type: Part-time * Schedule: 18 hours per week * Compensation Includes: * $16,473.60 annually Job Overview: The Cleaner is responsible for completing cleaning tasks to maintain the assigned apartment buildings’ curb appeal and provide excellent customer service to tenants. Key Responsibilities: * Regularly clean and maintain building common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass and chrome, stain treating carpets and spraying air freshener. * Assist in unit cleaning after tenant move-out to ensure the unit is rent ready by cleaning floors, bathrooms, surfaces, and windows and ensuring the unit is rent ready. * Clean all halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrances, elevators, laundry room and office area. * Complete outdoor seasonal cleaning such as raking grounds, snow shoveling and salting walkways as needed. * Empty garbage containers and clean around the garbage dumpsters as required. Qualifications: * High School diploma or relevant two (2) years’ experience in cleaning is required. * Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products and tools is required. * Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
