The Mental Health Worker provides individualized, strengths-based support to youth with disabilities to reduce mental health barriers and improve employability. They also manage crisis situations, coordinate care with community partners, and maintain accurate documentation of participant progress.

Provide direct, relationship-based mentorship and support to youth involved in the criminal justice system to aid their reintegration into the community. Engage youth through community outreach and social media while collaborating with a Social Worker to provide wraparound care.
