Il s’agit d’un poste à temps partiel où l’on effectue des inspections de vêtements sous la direction des spécialistes du programme client. Responsable de l’inspection de divers produits softline/hardline et vêtements aux étapes de pré-production, en cours de fabrication et/ou de production finale et de rendre compte des résultats. Suivant les procédures opérationnelles standard, diverses procédures spécifiques au client ainsi que d’autres normes d’inspection. La fonction est exercée sur le terrain (dans une usine, un entrepôt et un autre lieu d’affaires). Les candidats doivent avoir une formation dans la fabrication de vêtements/textiles et avoir des connaissances pratiques et de l’expérience avec les techniques de construction de vêtements et les textiles, ainsi qu’une compréhension des critères d’inspection, y compris les niveaux d’inspection, les AQL et les plans et normes d’échantillonnage (ANSI/ASQ Z14). Ce poste peut être situé à Montreal ou à Ottawa, Canada This is a part-time position conducting softline/hardline/garment inspections under the direction of the Client Program Specialists. Responsible for inspecting various softline/hardline and apparel products at pre-production, in-process, and/or final production stages and reporting findings. Following standard operating procedures, various client-specific procedures as well as other inspection standards. Function is performed in the field (at a factory, warehouse, and other place of business). Applicants should have a background in apparel/textile manufacturing and have working knowledge and experience with apparel construction techniques, and textiles as well as an understanding of Inspection criteria including Inspection Levels, AQLs, and sampling plans and standards (ANSI/ASQ Z14). Requirements
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a quality-related field, specifically within apparel or textile manufacturing. Candidates must be proficient in sampling principles and willing to travel by car and plane.
