You'll bring excellent judgement, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach that enables you to influence without direct authority and build confidence across diverse stakeholder groups. You will possess: * Postgraduate qualifications, progress towards postgraduate qualifications, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training. * Significant experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs within a large organisation. * Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional initiatives and building productive stakeholder relationships. * Experience establishing governance, compliance, reporting and assurance frameworks that support organisational and regulatory objectives. * Strong capability in project planning, risk management, dependency management and delivery oversight. * Experience working with data, reporting processes, systems implementation or process integration activities. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports, briefings and recommendations for senior stakeholders. * Experience supporting organisational change and embedding sustainable business-as-usual practices.
