This course deals with the behavioural aspects of people in organizations and the management of organizations. The focus is on choosing goals, and organizing and managing so as to ensure critical responses to these goals.The minimum requirement for consideration is a Master's degree or equivalent in a field relevant to the topic area. Previous experience teaching at the graduate level in a university environment is considered an asset.
