Method of Delivery: N/A Language of Work: Anglais | English Requirements and Nature of Work: This position involves legal research, writing and editing in support of a project on data transparency and access to justice for tenants in Ontario. Key aspects of the project include identifying potential sources of data/information relating to representation of tenants at the Ontario Landlord and tenant Board, and other issues relating to the operation of the Residential Tenancies Act and the LTB, and then gathering and analyzing that data/information. Qualifications REQUIRED : Law student who has completed at least first year with demonstrated strength in research and writing; PREFERRED: Demonstrated interest in access to justice issues in general and in the particular research project specified in this posting; Experience with data gathering and processing; and, Experience with access to information requests; Applicants must submit a single application document that contains a cover letter (explaining qualifications and interest), a transcript or list of law school grades and an up-to-date CV.
