Job summary

Help Build One of Vancouver's Fastest-Growing Wellness Brands. Most marketing jobs involve sitting behind a computer. This one doesn't. At Vital Cryotherapy, you'll be out in the community building relationships, launching new ideas, growing partnerships, and helping introduce one of the world's most exciting wellness technologies to more people across Vancouver. We're looking for someone who wants to help build something, not just maintain it. You'll have a high level of ownership, the freedom to experiment, and the opportunity to see your ideas directly influence the growth of the business. If you've ever wanted to join an ambitious company early and play a meaningful role in its growth, we'd love to meet you. About Vital Cryotherapy Vital Cryotherapy helps busy professionals recover faster, think more clearly, improve their energy, and perform at their best through whole-body cryotherapy and red light therapy. Our clients include business owners, lawyers, accountants, healthcare professionals, executives, athletes, and people who simply want to feel and perform better. We're a small, ambitious team that moves quickly, tests new ideas, and believes great work comes from people who take ownership. Who We're Looking For. This role is all about people: Do you genuinely enjoy meeting new people and building relationships?. Are you the type of person who remembers names, starts conversations naturally, and leaves people feeling glad they met you?. Do friends describe you as outgoing, approachable, and someone who can talk to almost anyone? If so, you'll probably love this role. We're looking for someone who is energetic, organized, curious, and excited by the idea of helping grow a local business. Experience matters, but personality, initiative, and follow-through matter even more. What You'll Do: You'll help lead many of Vital's local growth initiatives, including. Build relationships with gyms, personal trainers, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other businesses. Recruit, manage, and grow our ambassador and referral program. Design flyers, brochures, referral materials, and other marketing assets. Design and improve landing pages and referral pages. Test new offers, promotions, and marketing ideas. Organize local events, pop-ups, and partnership opportunities. Interview customers to understand why they joined and use those insights to improve our marketing. Track results, identify what's working, and continually improve our customer acquisition strategy. No two weeks will look the same. You'll Thrive Here If You Love meeting new people. Enjoy building genuine relationships. Remember names and conversations. Take initiative without waiting for instructions. Enjoy solving problems and trying new ideas. Like taking ownership over projects. Follow through on commitments. Want to make a visible impact on a growing business. Nice To Have Experience in any of the following is a bonus, but not required. Marketing. Business development. Sales. Partnership management. Canva. Graphic design. Copywriting. Email or SMS marketing. Landing pages. What You'll Get $25–35/hour, depending on experience. Performance bonuses tied to business growth. Free cryotherapy and red light therapy. Attend fitness classes and events. Flexible scheduling. A high level of ownership and autonomy. The opportunity to experiment with new marketing ideas. Direct mentorship from experienced founders who have built and grown multiple health and wellness businesses. Exposure to marketing, partnerships, business strategy, customer acquisition, and entrepreneurship, not just one small piece of the business. Opportunities for significant career advancement and to take on additional responsibility across our broader portfolio of health and wellness companies. Why This Role Is Different This isn't a role where you'll spend your day scheduling Instagram posts or sitting in meetings. You'll be helping build partnerships across Vancouver, launching new initiatives, testing ideas, and seeing the direct impact of your work on a growing company. If you're ambitious, enjoy meeting people, and want to gain real experience growing a business, you'll learn more here than you would in many traditional marketing roles.
