This includes providing a resident focused approach to food service delivery that is timely, safe, efficient, and cost effective. This position may lead to Part Time or Full Time status depending on various factors, including operational needs and individual performance. THE ROLE Qualifications * Minimum grade 10 education or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year Kitchen/Cooking experience. Work Hours 7.5 hours per shift or 3.5 to 5.5 hours per shift THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL SUCCEED * Performs all duties in relation to the preparation, serving and distribution of food. * Maintains established food rotation in storage to minimize spoilage & waste. * Maintains kitchen, kitchenettes & storage areas in orderly & sanitary manner. * Performs other related duties as assigned.
