The System Navigator manages first-contact risk assessments and intakes for clients accessing mental health services. They collaborate with internal staff and external agencies to coordinate referrals and provide in-person support in community settings.

The Youth & Family Counsellor acts as the primary worker for children, youth, and families, providing 24/7 coverage in a structured residential setting. Responsibilities include implementing therapeutic intervention strategies, managing daily living tasks, and participating in case conferences and school meetings.
