Delivery may be in-person or virtual Major Responsibilities- in this position, you will: * Work with another facilitator to deliver the Y Mind Program * Intake and assessment of program participants, both in-person and by Zoom * Participate in planning, information sessions, assessment, evaluation, and follow-up * Must be available for prep and debriefing of all sessions, including information sessions * Keep accurate records and provide statistics and other relevant information to the Y Mind Coordinator as requested * Maintain a solid understanding of available resources and provide information, support, and referrals to community agencies for applicants and participants as indicated and available Qualification-you bring: * Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters level education in a mental health field. * Experience with individuals and groups of youth with mental health challenges. * Strong communication skills with diverse populations, both spoken and written. * Successful candidate will be required to provide 3 satisfactory references. * Successful candidates will be required to provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Record check with a Vulnerable sector search issued no later than six (6) months preceding the start date. Requirements

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's level education in a mental health field. Candidates must have experience working with youth facing mental health challenges and be able to provide satisfactory references and a criminal record check.
