Welcome dealership visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department or facilities. Collect basic customer information using a computer system, answer incoming callers using dealership knowledge, and perform administrative duties.

Wash, dry, and clean vehicle exteriors and interiors, including carpets, upholstery, door frames, instrument panels, mirrors, glass, wheels, and engine components. Apply appropriate cleaners and polish to remove dirt, grease, debris, streaks, and other foreign materials.

Welcome and assist dealership visitors, operate a multi-line telephone system, respond to customer inquiries, and handle email communications. Perform administrative tasks such as word processing and data entry, and coordinate and process customer payments.
