You will work closely with our pharmacists and healthcare providers to help deliver treatments that truly change lives. Key Responsibilities Prescription Processing: Accurately enter prescriptions, patient information, and medical histories into the Telus Kroll pharmacy management system. Compounding Support: Assist the pharmacy team in the preparation and packaging of personalized formulations, strictly adhering to safety and quality standards. Inventory Control: Maintain meticulous records of inventory, including ordering and receiving specialized compounding ingredients and supplies. Patient Care: Manage patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their dignity and needs always come first. Administration: Process billing and coordinate seamlessly with third-party insurance providers. Lab Maintenance: Maintain a clean, highly organized, and sterile laboratory and workspace environment. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with pharmacists to streamline daily workflows and elevate patient care. Qualifications Preferred: Some experience using Telus Kroll pharmacy software. Required: Highly detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to exact precision. In personalized medicine, accuracy is critical. Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset, but not required (we will train you step-by-step). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, backed by a patient-first mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where science meets care. Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new programs and workflows quickly when needed.
