The Recreation Assistant plans and implements therapeutic and recreational programs to meet the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of residents. They also assist with resident care, support mealtimes, and provide direction to volunteers within the community.

The LPN provides compassionate, person-centered nursing care, including medication administration and the implementation of individualized care plans. They monitor resident health status and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of life during overnight shifts.
