Role Description This part-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role is based in Windsor, ON. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interview schedules. The role involves conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit for various positions within the firm, and supporting onboarding and training processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with management to understand staffing needs, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring a fair, inclusive, and consistent hiring process aligned with company policies and Canadian employment standards. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in hiring and recruiting, including sourcing candidates and managing selection processes. Proficiency in interviewing, with the ability to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and organizational fit. Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and professional writing for candidate outreach and documentation. Experience in training or supporting new team members during onboarding and integration into the workplace. Knowledge of basic HR and recruitment best practices, preferably within a professional services or immigration-related environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality. Comfort working on-site in a client-facing environment and collaborating with a diverse team. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an asset.
